How we're staying compliant
Declaration of REACH Substances of Very High Concern
Regulation No 1907/2006 on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) entered into force on June 1, 2007. Under REACH, companies operating in the EU face certain obligations as manufacturers, importers and/or suppliers. One of the key requirements is the duty to communicate information on substances in articles (Article 33).
Article 33: Information for Recipients & Customers
Article 33 of REACH requires suppliers to inform recipients and respond to consumer enquiries if an article contains more than 0.1% (by weight) of a substance of very high concern (SVHC) which is on the SVHC candidate list published by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
In accordance with the requirements of REACH and to allow safe use of the product, JTI hereby informs you of the presence of the following SVHC contained in its Logic Compact product in concentrations above 0.1% weight by weight (w/w).

WEEE Compliance
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations aim to reduce the amount of waste deposited in landfill sites. Any electrical goods marked with the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol need to be disposed of separately from normal household waste.
At Logic we’re playing our part by making sure that you can responsibly dispose of our products.
